Dr Dietrich Tegtmeyer has been confirmed as a member of the Leather Naturally Supervisory Council for a second term.
Leather Naturally is a not-for-profit organisation aimed at promoting leather and marketing the general leather industry which is run by volunteers from the industry. Dr Tegtmeyer brings over 30 years of global experience in the leather industry, with past roles at Bayer, Lanxess, and TFL Ledertechnik, where he most recently led Business Development and Industry Relations. Now focused on consulting, he continues to contribute his deep industry insight and commitment to responsible leather production. He initially joined the LN Supervisory Council in 2021.
The Leather Naturally Supervisory Council is one of the two governing bodies leading the organisation. The Supervisory Council is responsible for the supervision of the Management Board and serves an advisory function. The current Council is composed of the following members:
