Tanners, hide sellers, chemical companies and leathergoods manufacturers promoted leather’s qualities across social media on April 26 to recognise World Leather Day 2025.
Now in its fourth year, the initiative by Leather Naturally aims promote a deeper look at leather as a material and challenge misconceptions.
This year’s “Beyond the Surface” campaign focused on three key pillars: transparency, sustainability and longevity.
Companies that supported the day included Durli Leathers, TMM Tannery, Trevino Leather, Quimser, Mahar Overseas, British Pasture Leather, Bader, Durli Leathers, Lefarc, Trevino Leather, Nera Leather, SATRA, and The Leathersellers.
