Bentley Motors has announced that its Heritage Leather, originally developed by Mulliner for the Blower and Speed Six Continuation Series, is now available for its latest models.

Sourced from Bridge of Weir, the leather replicates the look and feel of 1930s interiors with a two-tone finish and haircell grain, offered in period-correct Ox Blood Red and Parsons Napier Green.
To highlight the new option, Bentley commissioned a fourth-generation Continental GT Mulliner finished in Bedford Grey with Ox Blood Red Heritage Leather, matching its Speed Six Continuation model.
Heritage Leather was reportedly selected for its tactility, authentic manufacturing methods and durability, matching the standards of modern Bentley interiors. The material’s development involved studying historical records from the 1920s and 1930s, including specifications archived at the National Motor Museum in Beaulieu.
Bridge of Weir supplies the leather using a low-carbon, circular manufacturing process, achieving what it claims is the world’s lowest published carbon footprint for automotive leather at an average of 8kg CO₂e/sq m.
