| The Working Regulations of China Leather
Management Commission (CLIA)
Article 1.
According to the Article 18 Chapter Four of China Leather
Industry Association¡¯s (abbreviated as CLIA) Constitution
(abbreviated as CLIA ¡¯s Constitution), China Leather Management
Commission is established.
Article 2.
According to the regulations of CLIA ¡¯s Constitution, China
Leather Management Commission is a part of CLIA; it could
play related industrial activities under the leadership of
CLIA ¡¯s director and secretary general.
Article 3.
The aim of China Leather Management Commission is to promote
the industry collaboration, to protect famous brand products,
to optimize the market resources, to improve market prosperity.
Considered serving professional dealers and market of leather
industry as main purposes, China Leather Management Commission
establishes and maintains the good cooperation among product¡¢sale¡¢business¡¢market;
plays the group advantages; implements name brand strategy;
promotes healthy development of China leather industry to
intensive and standard direction.
Article 4. China Leather Management Commission consists of
managers from CLIA ¡¯s members, representatives of circulation,
such as investors¡¢wholesalers¡¢agents¡¢retailers and there is
no need for re-registration. The non-members of CLIA could
voluntarily become the commissioner of China Leather Management
Commission after its application and approval by CLIA.
Article 5.
Combined with the characteristics of the sector, China Leather
Management Commission would stress on the following tasks
relying on the CLIA ¡¯s Constitution:
1. To expand the market coverage actively, to improve the
market efficiency, to strengthen the relationship of related
fur¡¢leather and products enterprises; to establish national
circulation net; to organize information communication with
distribution persons; to solve the common issues existing
in circulation field; to expand the capacity and coverage
of high quality leather and fur products.
2. To protect customers legal rights through certificate trademark
---Genuine Leather Mark (GLM); to build up the recognition
of leather¡¢fur and products; to improve the market popularity.
3. To establish the modern marketing network through the combination
with information of products circulation and electronic commerce
based on the authority net of CLIA.
4. To implement name strategy as well as carry out project
of ¡°support the better, improve the stronger¡± in circulation
market of leather and fur; to provide good service.
5. To provide the information of supply and demand¡¢policy
suggestions to members of CLIA; to coordinate the committees
relationship; to carry out market surveys; to collect analysis
of market information and feed back to members; to improve
the service quality by providing perfect after service.
6. To expand the propaganda service by setup column or monograph
associated with related industries and medias.
7. To organize enterprises attendance in abroad exhibitions
and to call for the mutual communication and cooperation between
home and abroad.
8. To provide other services according to the members¡¯ requirements.
Article 6. Settings of the framework
1. There are 1 chairman, 2-5 vice chairmen, 1 director, and
many vice directors and standing commissioners set up under
the China Leather Management Commission. The director and
vice director unit are self recommended or recommended by
local industry association. They come into being with 4 years
in terms of office after the voting of the China Leather Management
Commission in the candidate qualifications provided by CLIA
secretariat. The director could not be reappointment.
2. China Leather Management Commission could invite experts
as counselors.
Article 7. The commissioners¡¯ rights and obligations

1.1 To enjoy all the rights in the CLIA¡¯s Constitution
1.2 To reflect questions in the industry or require for protection
of rights and interests to CLIA and related administration
through China Leather Management Commission
1.3 To enjoy various kinds of services provided by China Leather
Management Commission.
2 Obligations
2.1 To perform all the obligations of the CLIA¡¯s constitution.
2.2 To participate actively in all the activities arranged
by China Leather Management Commission.
Article 8. The sources of activities outlay
1. CLIA offers some subsidy.
2. Donation or support provided by member units.
3. Self-solution.
Article 9.
Rights of interpretation to the articles of China Leather
Management Commission remain with the CLIA¡¯s Secretariat.
